Learn or refresh past sewing skills while creating 2 projects: an apron & drawstring bag. This class will introduce the operation of a sewing machine and basic sewing skills; as compared to the quick start class. How to select the best needle & thread for a given project and what to include in a beginner’s sewing tools & notions box will also be covered.
We have now made this a self-paced class to offer more scheduling flexibility to our new students.
Class supplies:
There’s no need to bring anything to your first class. You will receive a list of supplies to bring to your second class. You can bring them from home or purchase them from a local fabric store.
